About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behaviour Support to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils in SEMH schools across West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and monitor pupil progress to identify areas that require improvement.
  • Support the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils.
  • Prepare classrooms prior to lessons and clean up afterwards.
  • Help teachers in preparing materials that meet the development requirements of children.
  • Organise and supervise pupils during project and sporting activities.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly with teachers and younger individuals.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with students.
  • Ability to create an encouraging learning environment for pupils.
  • Understanding and sensitivity towards children.
  • Excellent knowledge of lessons that pupils are required to learn in class.
