About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at MAG, responsible for ensuring the Airspace Change Programme complies with CAP1616. You will translate CAP1616 into a project plan and budget that covers resource, communication, environmental and technical aspects.

You will work closely with external contractors, professional service providers and design team to deliver high-quality and cost-effective services to the project. Establishing good working relationships with key stakeholders, such as CAA and NATS, and representing MAG at external meetings is also a key part of this role.

You will also work closely with other Airspace team members, as well as the commercial and procurement team, to plan, manage and deliver the programme of work. Monitoring and reporting on the project progress, risk and budget to various internal and external boards is essential.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Robust stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Competence in navigating demanding, fast-paced situations
  • Organised and effective time management
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery (within airspace is desired)
  • Professional membership in an applicable field is desired
