About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of your centre and team, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control centre operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with the national customer care team to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relations and leading a team.
  • Full driving licence and ability to work flexible hours.
