Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Novus Property Solutions Ltd. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts, managing site personnel teams, and controlling individual contract progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the selection and formation of site personnel teams, including sub-contractors, as determined by individual contracts.
  • Control individual contract progress, focusing on completion within timeframes and budget.
  • Assist in the presentation of the contract brief to the client.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a responsive repairs or planned works contract within a social housing environment.
  • Hold SMSTS or associated NVQ (we will support you to renew if it has expired).
  • Full UK driving licence to travel to sites regularly.
  • DBS check required.
