About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our Process Transformation Consulting Practice, part of our Global Intuitive Operations & Automation Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with the automation advisory team to develop and implement automation strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on adopting AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop business cases for investment in automation technologies, including ROI analysis and implementation roadmaps.
  • Understand training and change management requirements for the smooth adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree, preferably in business administration or data analytics.
  • Experience in the aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful automation and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of aviation/airlines ground operations and back-office processes.
  • Able to produce high-quality business-facing deliverables to drive the automation agenda.
  • Results-oriented and business value focused.
