We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Oscar Associates (UK) Limited. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting our cloud hosting and VoIP solutions to potential clients, creating and managing a sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to hit the ground running and achieve significant earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Promote cloud hosting and VoIP solutions to potential clients.
- Create and manage your sales pipeline, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Deliver impactful pitches and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in business development or a similar role.
- Demonstrable knowledge of cloud hosting and VoIP solutions.
- Proven ability to generate your own leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Strong experience targeting SMBs, web design agencies, and MSPs.
- Immediate start preferred, with first-stage interviews this week and final interviews next week.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 1-2 days in the office (Nottingham preferred).
Salary: £30,000-£34,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £64,000+)
