About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Randstad Enterprise in Northampton. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Account Development Managers and Corporate Sales Managers to drive business growth.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer operational issues, requests for information, and MI to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor customer service level and satisfaction based on CSAT and client internal satisfaction surveys to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with representatives from other internal teams to provide expert advice and drive business growth.
  • Produce reports on Professional Services activity, providing business intelligence to management and visibility to other teams.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT/PC knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
What We Offer

We offer an attractive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits options to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
