Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft Server (2012R2, 2016, 2022) & client Operating Systems (Windows 8, 10, 11)
  • Implement and administer networking infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and wireless)
  • Install and configure firewalls
  • Support Office 365 Environments and Microsoft Intune
  • Develop knowledge of backup technologies and possess industry qualifications and Microsoft Certification
