The Client Onboarding Executive role involves being the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new properties in the UK and Ireland, utilizing both remote calls and in-person meetings in London.
  • Developing lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust in the early stages of the Houst partnership.
  • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, guaranteeing a seamless transition.
  • Setting up client accounts, including property details and service requirements.
  • Providing clear communication and training on Houst's services and tools.
  • Addressing and resolving initial client concerns or issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
