About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our culinary team.
- Ensure the maintenance of all restaurant and kitchen materials, adhering to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Follow our recycling policy and contribute to reducing our environmental footprint.
- Collaborate with our Stewarding team to ensure that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware.
