As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional support to our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
  • Empty and clean rubbish bins in the kitchen, club room, and room service area
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen, room service, and club room pantry areas
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and mise-en-place as needed
  • Peel and chop vegetables and fruits for kitchen use
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
