Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and administration tasks
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained within the branch
- Proven experience in a trade sales environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic salary of £32,000, plus company profit bonus scheme and additional benefits
