About the Role

We are currently seeking an Assembly Line Technician Leader to join our dynamic team at McLaren Motorsport & Automotive. This challenging role requires a strong focus on quality control, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians in the assembly line, ensuring seamless production and delivery of high-quality vehicles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial management).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
