VSA's Northfield Lodge Service provides long-term residential placements and 24-hour support for adults with ongoing mental health conditions. As a Support/Care Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to promote independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities include providing personal care, communicating effectively with service users, and participating in the development and review of personal plans. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and create a safe and supportive environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour, reflecting the rewarding nature of this role. In addition, you will benefit from company pension, employee assistance programme, generous annual leave, and access to our employee discount scheme.
