Key Responsibilities:- Investigate test failures and develop rework plans to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Monitor failure trends and identify actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide technical support to customers and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Carry out metallography for routine testing and failure investigations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support and assist the quality department in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in materials engineering or metallurgy, or equivalent. A strong background in process control, technical reviews, and customer support is essential.
Benefits and Working Hours:This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 07:30-16:00, and Friday, 07:30-15:30, with flexibility to accommodate individual needs.
