Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Achieve agreed performance targets by selling vehicles and related products effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely advice on vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Maintain quality brand standards of dress, attitude, guest care, honesty, and health and safety.
- Deal professionally with guests from initial contact to satisfactory completion of sale.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license or equivalent.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 year's sales experience.
- Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable.
- Possess outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicting demands.
- Have an understanding of database management and excellent administrative skills.
- Possess excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
