Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and friendly individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the bar and restaurant areas for service, including setting up, prepping, and stocking.
  • Meet and greet guests, making recommendations and engaging in conversation to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take food and drink orders, process transactions, and provide excellent table service.
  • Upsell and cross-sell menu items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Support new team members and provide coaching and guidance to ensure a seamless service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
