Healthcare Assistant - Domiciliary Care

Network Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and has a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and fluid and nutrition needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as dementia care, end-of-life care, and medication management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field, with a strong focus on domiciliary care.
  • Valid full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care that is person-centered and respectful of individual needs and preferences.
