Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our Compliance and Contract Performance team at Sodexo. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for owning, managing, and analysing all information and data on our Queens account.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing performance and compliance shortfalls and providing operational recommendations from trend analysis.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate data across all system solutions used by the Sodexo account team.
  • Generating monthly performance reporting packs within agreed timeframes and highlighting any risk areas to the Head of Compliance and Contract Performance.
  • Integrating systems to boost operational efficiency and developing governance information for tracking trends and escalations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience within a similar role, preferably in data analysis and systems management.
  • Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and organise extensive data sets.
  • Previous experience using SharePoint and CAFM systems, with a strong understanding of Health and Safety at Work regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate workshops and sessions driving performance.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000pa - £40,000pa, access to a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, employer pension contribution, and life assurance.
