Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 - £14.00, with double pay on Bank Holidays.
  • Mileage reimbursement at 30p - 45p per mile.
  • Pension and holiday pay.
