Care Home Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
