About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain current clinical practices and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration and a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
