Overview

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our care home, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 30-bed residential care home, specialising in dementia care.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate our care team, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with individual care plans. Your responsibilities will include safely administering medication to residents, assisting with personal care tasks, leading the care team, providing compassionate support for residents living with dementia, and maintaining up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a residential care setting.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Skills: Confident in administering medication and leading a team.
  • Compassion: Passionate about providing person-centred care, especially for individuals with dementia.
  • Organisation: Strong time-management and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work across a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
