Job Title: Planner/Programmer

We are seeking a skilled Planner/Programmer to join our Crawley branch, working alongside Crawley Council in a stable and profitable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the scheduling of operative and sub-contract resource to ensure effective resource management and delivery of a customer-focused repairs service.
  • Ensure IT systems are operated effectively, and operatives are using and updating their PDAs appropriately.
  • Act as a key communicator between the resident and maintenance worker regarding ongoing work, liaising with colleagues to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Work with all team members to ensure an efficient and productive service is delivered to service users and clients.
  • Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives, and work instructions at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in planning within a Social Housing environment.
  • Good time management, planning, and organisational skills.
