About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Bairstow Eves Estate Agency in Basildon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on mortgage and protection products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
  • Providing expert advice on a range of mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships
Requirements
  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
