About the Role

Swarm Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing independent mortgage firm looking to expand their team. Our client collaborates with several introducers, consistently providing a steady flow of quality leads every month.

As a Mortgage and Protection Specialist, you will cover two Estate Agency offices in Basildon and Wickford, with occasional travel to other locations in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your experience in the mortgage industry and play a pivotal role in the growth of an independent firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone to provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest mortgage and protection regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
  • Fully CeMap qualified or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated to succeed and provide outstanding client support.
What We Offer
  • Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000.
  • OTE £45,000 - £55,000.
  • Consistent leads from multiple sources.
  • Up to 25% commission.
