Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our global sales team in Kettering, UK. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing membership, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve annual sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase membership and sales across all countries of operation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Organize events and exhibitions to promote our services and products
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new and existing members
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of leading and inspiring sales teams. You will have a comprehensive understanding of different industries and supply chains, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
You will be confident in meeting face-to-face with all levels of management, entrepreneurial, and business savvy. You will also be comfortable with significant domestic and international travel, occasionally over weekends and for up to 20 weeks a year.
Requirements- Demonstrable experience of leading and inspiring a sales team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and business savvy
- English language skills
