About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Cornish Countryside Developer to join our team at Kivells. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our 8-acre countryside retreat in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have a passion for rural development, a keen eye for detail, and excellent project management skills.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Rural Development Expertise

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in rural development, working closely with our team to design and implement innovative solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the redevelopment of the existing farmhouse into a stunning country retreat
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensuring compliance with planning regulations and local authorities
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in property maintenance and repair

Key Skills and Qualifications
