Receptionist

This is a **permanent **position to work **part time** hours. This will be 24 hours across 4 days which will be Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sundays will also be required on a rota basis.

Typical hours will be 9am - 5/6pm, 1pm - 7pm or 9am - 3/4pm, these times may vary during peak periods and flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**About The Role**

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful Receptionist will
- Meet and greet resort guests.
- Assist guests with any queries they may have.
- Advise on the local area.
- Issue accommodation keys and information.
- Advise guests on events within the resort.
- Handle telephone calls.
- Deal with customer complaints.
- Accurate cash handling.

**Requirements**:
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.
