Food Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Materials Scientist to join our Research and Development team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality snack products that meet the evolving needs of our consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute research projects to improve the quality and safety of our snack products.
- Plan and lead experimental work plans and trials to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research projects that align with business objectives.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through technical reports and presentations.
- Maintain experimental workspaces and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and quality policies.
- Master's degree in Food Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a research and development role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food science and technology, including food chemistry, microbiology, and processing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
