We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Liz Earle Skincare Manager at The Boots Company PLC. As a leader in the skincare industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of skincare experts to achieve sales targets and provide personalized consultations and skin services. Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and Developing Team Members
- Building Strong Relationships with Customers
- Creating Business Plans and Driving In-Store Promotions
- Maintaining a Well-Organized and Attractive Counter Display
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Skincare and Customer Service
- Leadership Skills with a Proven Track Record of Achieving Sales Targets
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment
