English Teaching Assistant Job Description

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated English Teaching Assistant to join our team at a thriving school in Hounslow. As an English Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced teachers in delivering English language lessons to students
  • Support the development of students' English language skills through various activities and exercises
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement engaging English language lessons

Requirements:

  • First-Class English degree (at least a 2:1 required) from a top UK University
  • Strong A-Levels and GCSE results, especially in English
  • A true desire and passion for teaching English
  • Previous child-centered experience
  • Commitment to a full academic year as an English Teaching Assistant
