Commercial SME Account Handler Opportunity

Bell & Co Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Commercial SME Account Handler to join their team. As a key member of the direct client team, you will be responsible for servicing and retaining an existing portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Handle premiums up to c£20,000
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, including Property Owners, Retailers, Manufacturers, Motor Traders, Fleets, and Professions
  • Proactively ensure high retention levels through effective communication and risk management
  • Collaborate with Underwriters to maintain good relationships and secure new business opportunities
  • Broker risks for new business and renewals using the Acturis system and EDI platforms
  • Refer claims to the dedicated team and work closely with the Corporate Broking team
