Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Executive Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Development: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our food services remain exceptional and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Food Quality: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that consistently meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen inventories to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Food Safety: Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations to maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
  • Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to continuously improve our food services and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Culinary Expertise: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Have experience supervising a team and leading kitchen operations to achieve high standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients and customers.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate: Hold a Food Hygiene certificate and maintain a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
