In this key role, you will oversee global supply chain operations within a fast-paced and dynamic organization. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. As a Logistics and Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the warehouse department, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and execute rotational warehouse duties within the warehouse department.
  2. Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking, and movement.
  3. Collaborate with Warehouse Management to address inventory discrepancies and other logistical challenges.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, minimize errors, and reduce costs.
  5. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes where feasible.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with warehouse management software.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
