**Join Our Team as a Logistics Assistant:**

PE Global is hiring a Logistics Assistant to support our client in Aberdeen, working on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning and scheduling transportation for materials and equipment.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain records of logistics activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track orders and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges.

The successful candidate will earn approximately £14.69 per hour, taking advantage of this exciting opportunity to grow in the field of logistics and supply chain management.
