About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Second Chef to join our team at Meallmore's Kinmylies Care Home. As a Second Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and cooking meals for our residents. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in meal planning and preparation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Prepare and serve meals in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service and resident satisfaction

Requirements:
