Quantity Surveyor

Become a key member of our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at ZipRecruiter, based in Waterbeach, Cambridge.
In this critical role, you will support our Commercial team on a wide range of projects, utilizing your expertise to drive success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Offer commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to inform business decisions.
- Create and analyze monthly cost/value reports, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Deliver high-quality commercial reports, facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
- Participate in site measurements, maintaining accurate records and fostering cooperation with stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractor account certifications and payments, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
- Hold a current Full UK Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrate a degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Showcase your expertise in a comparable role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
The estimated salary range for this position is £58,000 - £78,000, commensurate with your skills and experience. Located in or near Cambridge, we welcome applicants interested in this opportunity.
