About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales professional to join our B2B Trade Team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing long-lasting relationships with our trade customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to all inbound trade sales enquiries
* Maintain existing customer relationships through email, phone, or in-person interactions
* Prepare client pricing presentations and supply sample materials as needed
* Qualify trade pricing applications
* Drive sales through B2B customers

Requirements

* 1 year of sales experience is essential
* Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
* Honest and able to communicate effectively with customers
* Conscientious and precise with IT systems
* Ability to build strong relationships and trust with customers
