">The Role
">- We are currently seeking an experienced HLTA to join their team of dedicated professionals.
- The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to students in Key Stage 3/4 who need additional help.
- Developing individualised learning plans and strategies, you will promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- You will build strong relationships with students, families, and external agencies, and collaborate with teachers and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, you will provide feedback and implement interventions as required.
Your Skills and Qualifications
">You will have experience working with Key Stage 3/4 students and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be patient, empathetic, and have a genuine passion for helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
