We’re a close-knit, diverse school community where everyone is appreciated for their unique contribution.

At our school, students come from many different cultures and backgrounds, and we are united in our shared goal to be the best we can be. Our children tell us they feel happy, secure, and excited to learn here, and we are dedicated to maintaining high academic standards while ensuring excellent pastoral care.

• Understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and preparation for SATs.
• Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.
• Relevant TA qualifications or a willingness to train.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering boosters and interventions for Key Stage 2 students.
• Provide 1:1 support for SEN students, helping them engage with lessons and develop key skills.
• Help students prepare for their SATs, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
• Work with small groups to help lower-achieving students catch up with the curriculum.
• Collaborate with class teachers to ensure a cohesive and tailored approach to learning.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students.

Perks and Benefits:

Be part of a supportive and inclusive school community that values each member of staff, working in a diverse and vibrant environment where every culture is celebrated. You will enjoy professional development opportunities, ongoing training to enhance your skills, and gain valuable experience working with SEN students, helping children achieve their full potential.
