About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high standards of care to our residents, including undertaking nursing tasks, advising families and GPs, and supervising staff within the care team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking nursing tasks, including medication management, wound care, and management of chronic medical conditions.
  • Providing accurate assessments and care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Supervising and deploying staff within the care team to ensure all tasks are completed during the period of duty.
  • Collaborating with families and GPs to ensure informed decision-making and resident-centered care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a care setting.

You will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities, and sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
