About the Role

The Director, Sr. Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on complex commercial transactions, primarily for the EMEA region. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial law, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales, and operations teams.
  • Provide timely and effective advice on legal matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with EU and UK data protection/privacy requirements.
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in-house.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
