HR Advisor Opportunity

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR and employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality advice and guidance to clients on HR and employment law matters.
  • Support clients with HR issues and queries, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to client HR issues.
  • Review client documentation and provide advice accordingly.
  • Ensure all requests for advice are dealt with within the relevant service level agreement (SLA).
Requirements:
  • Good employment law knowledge, either through studies or working experience.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is desirable.
  • Previous experience of working in a KPI/target driven environment would be highly desirable, ideally in a shared service centre.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing your workload accordingly.
  • An organized self-starter.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
