HR Advisor Job Description

Medlock Partners Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR & Recruitment Team, you will provide expert HR advice and support across the full employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
  2. Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve them effectively.
  3. Manage HR tasks such as flexible working requests, maternity leave, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  4. Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and health and wellbeing initiatives.
  5. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery.
  6. Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
Requirements:
  1. A professional qualification, such as CIPD or equivalent, is highly desirable.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  3. Strong background in employee relations with a solid understanding of employment law.
  4. Proficient in IT, including a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with HR databases.
