Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Manager to join our team at Statkraft Energias Renovaveis SA. As a key member of our Land Team, you will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and securing land rights for our onshore wind, solar, grid services, and hydrogen projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and secure land rights for defined projects, working across the portfolio.
  2. Run tender processes and manage external consultants, land agents, and legal advisers.
  3. Ensure internal approvals are obtained for all property documents.
  4. Assist with due diligence activity on land matters in relation to acquisitions and sales.
  5. Support technology project teams and the wider business on land issues.
  6. Maintain industry knowledge on relevant issues.
Requirements
  1. University degree in a relevant field, such as law, land, or property.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in a relevant role, with good industry knowledge and experience of property law.
  3. Organized, practical, and self-motivated, with the ability to cope with multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
  4. Strong collaboration, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
