Job Title: Renewable Energy Land Manager

Statkraft Energias Renovaveis SA is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Land Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Land Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and negotiate land rights for onshore wind, solar, grid services, and hydrogen projects.
  • Run tender processes and manage external consultants, land agents, and legal advisers.
  • Ensure internal approvals for property documents and assist with due diligence activities.
  • Support technology project teams and maintain industry knowledge on relevant issues.
  • Participate in regular UK and international travel.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as law, land, or property.
  • 3-4 years of PQE in a relevant role, with experience in property law and renewable energy.
  • Organized, practical, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
