Job Title: Branch Lister
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team at Taylors. As a Branch Lister, you will play a crucial role in listing and gaining new instructions for properties while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- List properties and maintain excellent customer relationships, building rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator.
- Hold a Full UK driving license.
