As a Nested Area Partner, you'll have the autonomy to drive your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth. This is estate agency reimagined, where you'll have the freedom to succeed on your own terms.

You'll be empowered by Nested's marketing support, which includes doorknocking, direct mail, and targeted advertising. Our marketing professionals will be on-hand to guide you every step of the way.

This is a truly all-encompassing role that lets you do estate agency your way, while leveraging Nested's brand, products, and services.

Requirements
  • We're seeking a seasoned estate agent with 5-10 years of experience in valuing residential property, winning business, and delighting customers.
  • A clear understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and building a local valuation machine is essential.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach are crucial.
  • Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential. We'll provide support to help you build your brand and engage with your community.
  • An intuitive customer app will provide you with exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and streamline communication with clients.
