As a Nested Area Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you will have the opportunity to build a successful estate agency business in the area you know best.

We provide comprehensive marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising, to help you establish a strong presence in the market. Our team of marketing professionals is available to guide and support you every step of the way.

This is a unique opportunity to build a thriving estate agency business, leveraging Nested's brand, products, and services to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, including marketing tactics and sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of agents and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Nested marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in the residential property sales industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills, with the ability to develop and execute local marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.
